The swing is absolutely adorable. What I didn’t like is that it took you forever to send it. It was months. Also, it did not come with any of the hardware to hang it now I have to go out and purchase that and hope I get, the right equipment To hang. I feel like you should provide that with the swing.

The swing just arrived and was able to use it with our granddaughter one time so far. A swing is still new to her at 10 1/2 months, but I know with experience it will become a favorite! The length of time it took to get my product was incredibly disappointing and would not have ordered it knowing it would take so long. It took several months to actually get it so beware when ordering it the date to ship may not be correct.

Took a very very long time to receive. Was beginning to believe it was a scam company, called numerous times and could not talk to anyone about the order, always got a recording to leave a message and when I did no one would call back. If the order is to take some time, need to state that in the beginning or at least have a person that you can talk to. Would never, never order anything again from this company. I ordered in May for a baby shower in July. I received a response that it would be shipped within a week or so to have in plenty of time for the shower. I received it on July 31, after writing several times to question what was up with my order. They had shipping and supply issues, which I understand. I just would have liked better customer service through communication. I finally got in contact with the owner, who reached out and explained what was going on. The swing is lovely and a wonderful gift. Just order way in advance of needing it. Especially if it’s to be a gift.

It was bit too big when we first got it but around 6 months, our baby can fit with little pillow support, otherwise it’s too deep for kinds and I was scared she was going to hit her head on the wood rails. But she loves it with a booster cushion.
